This is what you are going to be
You will be educated and prepared to become an OXplus Business Consultant. As a business consultant you will be working on one of our projects to optimize and support client Asset Management processes with EAM and IOT software solutions. Complex cross border projects in which you help international companies to cooperate and make progress together, is now part of your daily schedule.

You are going to help our customers enter the future. You will be responsible for defining business processes and gathering the customers’ requirements, you will be discussing development directions with the team and find the best way of implementing the requirements. You will make sure that the customers organization is ready to start using the system by giving the training and support needed.

This is what you get
You will get familiar with the services and products that OXplus implements at her clients. In a 4-month period OXplus will provide you training about:

  • Enterprise Asset Management solutions (IBM Maximo)
  • Our clients’ business processes
  • Implementation strategies
  • Project management

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an analytical young professional with a talent for organization and knowledge of people. Someone with real drive to get the desired result. If you think you fit the profile below, we would be only too pleased to meet you!

  • You have a degree (or are about to have one) at higher professional education (HBO) or university level in a technical, science or business administration field (graduated in the past three years).
  • You enjoy interacting with clients and IT.
  • You have other interests which show that you are entrepreneurial and quick to take initiative.
  • You are a good communicator and are happy dealing with people with various (cultural) backgrounds and have an excellent command of English (and possibly other European languages).
  • You are very analytical and can structure large quantities of information and think ahead.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are prepared to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • You have the drive to become an excellent business consultant or project manager.
  • You have a drivers license.

If you have some doubts about the above, don’t worry, we will also teach you some things!

What do we offer?
Part of being a Junior Business Consultant is a competitive salary. After successfully completing the Junior phase you can of course continue working for OXplus as a Business Consultant and continue your journey to become a Senior Technical Consultant, Senior Business Consultant or a Senior Project Manager.
