Amrish Loilargosain is a high potential and promising talent, looking to make an impact on the international rail industry. He lives in Waalwijk, is a car and rail enthusiast and enjoys everything on wheels. Amrish loves sports and dedicates himself to become one of the best Consultants in the Rail and Rolling Stock Industry. This reflects in every aspect of his life, as he always strives to be the best version of himself he can possibly be and he brings this mentality to every project he is involved in. We sat down with Amrish and asked him a couple of questions to get to know this ambitious man better.
What is the reason you chose for OXplus?
“From a young age, I have always been very interested in mobility. I have a background in automotive, but I believe that mobility nowadays and certainly in the future will consist of mostly transportation by train. In my perspective trains are one of the most convenient vehicles to travel by.
Next to its specialization in Railways and Rolling Stock that really speaks to me, OXplus is also an international Consulting firm with specialists of the highest level and therefore is a place where I can learn a lot and develop myself to be one of the best International Business Consultants.

Can you tell us something about your background and previous work?
“My father has always been working in the automotive industry, which made me an automotive and mobility enthusiast as well. This is the reason I studied Automotive Business Management at the IVA in Driebergen and there it was that I was initially trained in Consultancy and Project Management.
Quality Management and International Business were some of the subjects I excelled in. I learned to advise clients and found out this is one of the things that really resonates with me. It makes me even happier that this road led me to the mobility industry, where I can work with my passion and work with clients to provide their customers with the best traveling experience possible.”
What are you currently working on?
“At this moment I’m working on the Cairo Metro Project for RATP Dev Mobility Cairo (RDMC) as a Business Consultant and Tester. This means I work closely with our Senior Project Manager and our Lead Technical Consultant to make sure the implementation of IBM Maximo for Cairo Metro Line 3 will be a great success and will reach the Enterprise Asset Management Excellence Standard set for RATP Dev among all their locations.”
What are your goals and dreams?
“Within OXplus it is my goal to become a Senior Business Consultant and manage my own International Projects. My dream is to actively contribute to better mobility across the World and make sustainable impact on the World of Global Transportation. I look forward to realizing this dream with the OXplus Team and our inspiring clients. All the while having fun and enjoying the results we achieve together.”
