OXplus to install and implement IBM Maximo in Cairo, Egypt
OXplus, the Smart Asset Management Company, has been selected for the installation and implementation of IBM Maximo for a Metro Line in Cairo, Egypt. This new project, and the close collaboration between the Operator and Maintainer and OXplus, form an important next step in further standardizing Asset Management Excellence across all locations. Previous experience working together on the Riyadh Metro Project was the perfect foundation for a strong partnership to provide the market with Asset Management Systems and Solutions of the highest quality in the World.
Earlier the National Authority for Tunnels (NAT, the Government Agency under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport, and owner of the Cairo Metro network) commissioned the Operator and Maintainer, through its local subsidiary, for the Operation and Maintenance of the Metro Line, as well as its future extensions.
